As owner of  Profit Consulting Co. Alicia Marie has become a leader in the field of coaching, consulting and training for small business. She has designed more than 80 custom training programs for hundreds of business owners in a variety of industries across the country. In addition, Alicia has coached managers, presidents and sales professionals on how to build a business truly worth having!

Alicia Marie has been an entrepreneur for almost 20 years. Her insatiable desire to learn more about people, along with her expertise in behavioral sciences, neuro-linguistics and business, give her a unique ability to powerfully address the challenges her clients face.

Having obtained numerous certifications in training and development. Alicia recently earned her P.C.C certification in coaching from International Coach Federation. Alicia has been a leader, coach and trainer for Landmark Education. She is also the author of and consultant for Healthy Solutions a 25-week phone program designed to create balanced, healthy lifestyles.

Alicia Marie is happily married to Chris Fruin. She is a mother of five and grandmother of three.She is a Yoga enthusiast and runner. Having spent most of her life in Texas, she currently resides in the Austin metro area.
